Driffield - Yorkshire

This 68 acre site was acquired from the Ministry of Defence and working with the local Kirkburn Parish Council, residents and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council the site is now allocated in the Local Plan for 500 homes. A planning application will be submitted shortly taking into consideration the East Riding Council's new design guide following its consultation over the summer of 2024.
