Adam has a keen eye for strategic opportunities and commitment to excellence playing the lead role on many prestigious commercial, residential and retail projects. With an in-depth understanding of property markets across the North of England and East Midlands Adam has a comprehensive grasp of market trends, the regulatory landscape and the needs of communities. He is driven by creating sustainable and vibrant environments and his expertise positions us as a trusted partner in shaping the future of the areas where we develop.
Haydn Short
Head of Group Planning Promotion and Rural Development
Haydn is a Chartered Surveyor who joined Strawsons Property in 2015 to spearhead the Group’s Strategic Development Rural initiatives. His primary responsibilities include the promotion and management of the Group’s extensive agricultural holdings and strategic development opportunities. With a wealth of experience from his tenure at the renowned national firm Fisher German, Haydn brings comprehensive expertise and deep knowledge of the rural sector across the UK.

Daniel Shaw
Head of Group Property Investment
Dan joined Strawsons Property in January 2022 as the Head of Group Property Investment and is responsible for the performance of the investment property portfolio, providing strategic direction with a specific focus on delivering excellent performance over the long-term. Dan has over a decade of experience in Property & Asset Management since completing his master’s degree in real estate, working in both consultancy and client-side roles including within the prominent firms The Peel Group and Lambert Smith Hampton, before most recently working as the Head of Commercial Property Management at the Barnsdales Group. With a strong understanding of the investment market across the East Midlands and Yorkshire regions and supported by an established network of trusted consultants and agents, Dan provides the lead on all Group investment property acquisitions and disposals.
Andrew Bow
Head of Group Finance
Andy is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor who joined the Group in 2020. Prior to joining the Group Andy worked for 9 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor whilst working with a diverse client base in a wide range of industries. This was followed by 6 years in a Senior Management position in the Finance, Tax and Treasury team at Center Parcs. Andy is responsible for the financial management and governance of the Strawsons Group.
