Anne is a Chartered Surveyor who after a period of working for Prudential Portfolio in London joined her father with the aim of developing the Groups commercial property investments. Anne has led the Group through a period of significant growth in her role as Managing Director. Retaining responsibility for the strategic direction of the Group Anne has developed an exceptional track record in selecting the right opportunities at the right time.

Adam is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ property experience. With an in-depth understanding of property markets across the North of England and East Midlands Adam has a comprehensive grasp of market trends, the regulatory landscape and the needs of communities. He is driven by creating sustainable and vibrant environments and his expertise positions us as a trusted partner in shaping the future of the areas where we develop.

Haydn is a Chartered Surveyor who joined Strawsons Property in 2015 to spearhead the Group’s Strategic Planning and Development initiatives. His primary responsibilities include the promotion and management of the Group’s extensive land holdings and strategic development opportunities. With a wealth of experience from his tenure at the renowned national firm Fisher German, Haydn brings comprehensive expertise and deep knowledge of the planning and land sectors across the UK.

Dan joined Strawsons Property in January 2022 and is responsible for the strategic management and performance of the Group's investment property portfolio. He leads the delivery of the property investment strategy, with a focus on enhancing asset value, driving long-term income performance and identifying opportunities to maximise returns across the portfolio.

Andy is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor who joined the Group in 2020. Prior to joining the Group Andy worked for 9 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor whilst working with a diverse client base in a wide range of industries. This was followed by 6 years in a Senior Management position in the Finance, Tax and Treasury team at Center Parcs. Andy is responsible for the financial management and governance of the Strawsons Group.

James is a Chartered Accountant who joined Strawsons Property in 2025. Prior to joining the Group James worked for Grant Thornton in London gaining his accounting qualifications before joining Savills to oversee their Risk & Assurance operations across Europe & Middle East. James' role within Strawsons is to shape the current strategy and future direction of the Group as it looks to continue to meet stakeholder expectations.
