This substantial development is planned to transform a site identified as strategically important into a commerical hub that will attract some of the largest names to Carlisle.

The planned development consists of high quality commercial units of various sizes, to cater for a range of businesses from small start-ups to multi-national organisations.

It is estimated that Harker View will create over 3,500 full time jobs as well as additional employment through the supply chain.
