Heanor & Loscoe - Derbyshire

The site has a resolution to grant for up to 500 homes which would see the site developed as two separate parcels of housing linked by a country park of circa 35 hectares which it is proposed will be transferred to the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust for its ongoing management.
