Melton Park - Doncaster

Melton Park is a much-loved area of Doncaster set in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. It has a rich history and has been a key part of the local community having, until recently, been home to a campus of Doncaster College.

Following the college’s decision to vacate the site Melton Park has been in desperate need of a sympathetic developer to find a new use for the land and historic buildings. Newsholme Developments understand the significance of the site locally and believe we have the expertise and vision to breathe new life into the area. We will restore the historic buildings and introduce new development which caters to identified local needs and compliments the buildings already on site.
