Upwood - Huntingdon

Demolition work has started to clear the phase one area which accommodates the 160 new homes the subject of the planning consent. The site is being developed in conjunction with the adjacent former USAF Dental Clinic site. A planning application is awaiting determination for an additional 325 new homes (Phase Two). Representations have been submitted to the Huntingdonshire Local Plan for a further phase of development to be known as Phase Three to include commercial and residential development.
